Overview

Are you a beginner and want to learn the basics? Then the college certificate courses are for you. This course follows on from the College Certificate in Bookkeeping or you can study this as an individual unit.

You'll learn how to adjust balanced accounts and produce basic financial statements, whilst being taught by staff with a wealth of experience in financial accounting.

Successful students have, in the past, gone on to complete one of our Accounting courses and gained employment as an accountant. Our students have also been recognised by Glasgow's International Financial Services District (IFSD) for achieving top marks in their studies.

Stay up to date with the latest Financial Accounting news by visiting here and make sure to take a look at our Financial Services Industry Academy, who work closely with and provide training for a number of organisations including the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
