Overview

This course will provide you with a broad education for a career in hospitality, equipping you with both knowledge of the industry itself and practical skills for working in it.

This course runs for 6 months from January - June 2018.

Minimum entry requirements

  • One National 5 qualification PLUS Three National 4 qualifications (subjects must include English and maths); OR
  • One Standard Grade at level 1 or 2 PLUS three Standard Grades at Level 3 or 4; OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications and/or experience.
