City of Glasgow College is offering Modern Apprenticeships to young people with an interest in Business and Administration.

Five successful applicants will get the chance to become full-time employees at this multi-award winning Super College whose twin site super campus is leading a major regeneration of Glasgow’s city centre.

Kay Sheridan, Faculty Director for Education & Society, City of Glasgow College, said:

“This is a fantastic opportunity for five young school leavers - aged between 16 and 19 - to gain valuable work experience, achieve an SVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration, and get paid while doing so. We have a diverse range of students and staff studying and working across a wide variety of subjects and disciplines so we will provide the successful apprentices with an ideal training ground for future employment prospects.”

Melanie Kissock, HR Business Partner at City of Glasgow College, said:

“The closing date for applications is 25 September so we would encourage potential applicants to get in touch with us now. We are looking for enthusiasm and a positive approach and in return offer excellent conditions and a dynamic working environment within our award winning twin site super campus.”

The one year programme is funded by Skills Development Scotland and the following roles are on offer:
