How to Apply - International

Students working at a breakout area at Riverside Campus

How to Apply

You can apply directly to the college or through an authorised representative. We recommend that applications are submitted at least two months prior to the term start date.

Visit our Find a Course page and choose from our wide range of courses. International students can only apply for courses at Scottish Credit Qualifications Framework (SCQF) Level 6 or above. To help you, you’ll find this level in the course title. Our course information pages tell you what the minimum entry requirements are for each course.

When should I apply?

Our applications open in January each year, and we recommend that you apply as early as possible. Our International applications have now closed for September 2022 Admission.

What happens next?

We will assess your application and check that you meet the entry requirements for the course. This can take up to two weeks and may take longer if you haven’t provided all the information we need. All correspondence from us in relation to international applications will be conducted via email so please check your email regularly.  Some courses require an interview during our admission process and this will be conducted on Zoom.

How will I know if I am successful?

If you're successful, you'll receive a conditional offer letter via email, which will give conditions of acceptance, tuition fees, methods of payment and our refund policy.

If you need a Student Visa or Visitor Visa, we will provide all the necessary support after this stage. You can find more information about study visas on our visa requirements page.
