Advice and guidance

Student speaking to Student Services at their helpdesk.

Our Student Advisors offer advice and guidance at different times during your studies. This could be for a number of reasons, including:

  • Getting the right funding.
  • Financial aid from Hardship Funds.
  • Personal support and counselling including referrals to specialist external organisations such as Rape Crisis, Women's Aid, LGBT Youth, etc.
  • Accommodation or homelessness.
  • Course information.
  • Next steps and career goals.

We're here to support you. We don't judge. We listen and provide practical support to help. Whatever your circumstances, it's better to speak to someone before it becomes overwhelming. If you need support from one of our external partners, we’ll put you in touch with the right people.
