The Faculty of Education and Society provides a diverse range of commercial courses delivered by experienced professionals across Health and Social Care, Education and English language.

Our workforce development team ensure that both students and employers benefit from our flexible blended learning approaches which minimises time away from the workplace whilst providing the knowledge and skills necessary for a the developing professional.

We deliver bespoke training packages to a number of small and large organisations looking for a workforce development solution and through our Industry Academies develop industry relevant training and qualifications, in accordance with any necessary regulatory practices and registration requirements.

Christine is the Curriculum Head Industry Academy  for the Faculty of Education and Society and has had a varied and successful career, in both industry and education.

Having worked in various roles across the UK, Europe and SE Asia, Christine has a wealth of experience in commercial sales and marketing together with an extensive teaching, development and management background in education.

Through the implementation of the newly introduced English Language Academy, Health and Social Care Academy and Teacher Training Academy, Christine is responsible for supporting industry and learners by creating unique, vocational pathway opportunities which enhance  and support sustainable employability.
