Overview

This Honours Degree is delivered by City of Glasgow College in partnership with The Open University in Scotland. This is an exciting partnership that brings together the very best in college and university education. 

The college offers a new, dynamic, student centred and down to earth environment in which students can thrive and The Open University’s learning resources and student support are exemplary.  This three year Honours Degree focuses generally on the social sciences and history.  Entry can be gained to each of the three years.

Course Fee

The course fee is £1,008 per module.  Total cost of £2,016 for both modules.

This course can be funded via SAAS part time fee grant. If your personal income is £25,000 or less, or you’re receiving certain benefits, you could qualify for the Open University fee grant to cover 100% of your course fees. You can find more information on funding here.

Minimum entry requirements

  • HND Social Sciences (30 Credits) or equivalent. Any HND level qualification will be considered.
