Overview

Want to serve up a delicious festive feast this Christmas? The dishes taught on the course are a tasty alternative that will impress your guests but will also allow you to enjoy the day with as much preparation done in advance as possible.  To allow this most of the food produced will be suitable for home freezing.

Menu

  • Glazed Chocolate Cremeux, Orange Compote (Week 1)
  • Beef Wellington (Week 2)
  • Twice-baked Cheese Soufflé with Grape Chutney (Week3)

A full recipe pack will be issued to you on the first evening and a shopping list for your first class will be sent to you once you join the course.
