Overview

The six week personal development program will cover goal setting, confidence, motivation, responsibility, reliability, punctuality, intro to CBT, self-awareness and self-esteem. On this course, we'll look at your aspirations and self-belief and explore mindset and resilience. It will help you with your identity development and recognition through meditation and contemplation. You will also cover physical and mental wellbeing and how healthy eating and exercising can support personal development, healthy lifestyles and community involvement.

This is a blended learning course so depending on covid-19 restrictions you will spend time learning online and time learning in college.
