    This course is for those who want a career in the management of events e.g. conferences, exhibitions and special events. On this course, you will cover a wide range of subjects to ensure a good knowledge base, as well as relevant skills.

    GCU Pathways Option - BA (Hons) International Events Management Pathway

    Pathway students apply for and enrol on the undergraduate BA (Hons) International Events Management at Glasgow Caledonian University. In the first two years, they study HND Events Management at City of Glasgow College while preparing for years 3 and 4 (for Honours) of the degree at GCU.  BA (Hons) International Events Management graduates enjoy excellent career prospects as event managers, festival coordinators, fundraising managers, conference organisers, project managers and policy officers.
    • Applications for the Pathways option should be made via UCAS and you can find the minimum entry requirements on GCU website.
    • Applications for the HND Events Management at the college should be made directly to the college using the application button above.

    Entry requirements

    Minimum entry requirements

    • Two Highers at Grade C or above including one from Business Management, English, Modern Studies, Economics, History or similar; OR
    • Other equivalent qualifications or experience.

    ESOL entry requirements

    Applicants whose first language is not English should have minimum ESOL Intermediate level 2 or equivalent for NC/NQ courses and ESOL Higher for HNC/D courses.
