On other occasions, you will work independently to carry out individual research further to direction from the lecturer.

A number of units within the course are practically based where you will plan, participate and deliver actual events and hospitality provision within the college environment. After delivering the event you will evaluate the event planning and delivery process to enhance skills/ knowledge for the future. You will support large college events to gain experience in a variety of real event roles.  Working in our industry-standard college restaurant Scholars and/or City Bistro you will gain and/or improve food service skills and techniques.
