Overview

This course will help you develop the basic skills every cook needs - working in our fully equipped commercial kitchens and Scholars restaurant. Combining college and SQA units, we will prepare you for your professional cookery exam.

This course runs for 6 months from January - June.

Entry requirements

Minimum entry requirements

  • Scottish Group Award Practical Cookery Intermediate 2 OR
  • Three Standard Grades at General Level including English and Maths or Numeracy OR
  • Three National 4 qualifications including English and Maths OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications or experience.
