Super College shortlisted in Marketing Awards

College Development Network Marketing Awards

City of Glasgow College has been shortlisted in three categories in this year’s College Development Network Marketing Awards.

A key event in the sector’s calendar, the awards recognise and celebrate the excellent marketing and communication practices taking place in colleges across Scotland.

Head of Marketing at City of Glasgow College, Eleanor Doull, said:

“We have three very strong entries this year making the final three in the Digital Marketing, Internal Communications and Students’ Award for Website categories. Our campaigns have been backed by extensive research and supported by a multi-team cross-college approach.

“Our submission for Digital Marketing covered the major re-development of our College website launched last April which has been well received. Its objectives included a responsive design and enhanced search functionality while providing a gateway to all the College services, information and systems.

“Its new look performed strongly in immediate post-launch research and is viewed as a strong base on which to expand future website and digital marketing developments such as enhanced e-commerce activities and email marketing.”

Now in their nineteenth year, the College Development Network Marketing Awards are an opportunity to achieve recognition for achievements in college marketing teams in the last year. This year’s award winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner on Thursday 9 March.
