This course provides a combination of practical Administrative and IT skills with a choice of academic studies to prepare candidates for progression to study at a higher level for a career in a legal support role or for a job in Supply Chain.  Both of these areas are currently growth areas offering highly sought after and lucrative career prospects for the right candidates.

With fewer trainees being sought after in legal firms the emphasis is on Legal Support Staff with strong administrative skills and knowledge of the law to undertake much of the work formerly undertaken by trainee solicitors.  Some candidates may later wish to study for Paralegal qualifications which will give them greater opportunities to specialise and work with clients in areas such as Conveyancing, Employment Law, Tax and Executry.

The NPA In Legal Studies will provide the foundation to study legal subjects alongside Administrative and IT Skills at higher level. Alternatively, those opting for the NPA in Supply Chain will be following a route of study which is also becoming increasingly popular for its career prospects.  Industry thrives on the support and understanding of its supply chain operations.

This opens up an interesting and exciting opportunity to become an integral part of business in Procurement (sourcing goods and supplies and negotiating to get the right products at the right price); Developing Supplier relationships with other companies and learning about Logistics (working out the best way of getting goods to customers safely and within agreed timescales).  From Fashion Buying to Wholesale Goods the Supply Chain is the lynchpin of any industry and is now offering an exciting career path to able candidates.
