Food Hygiene

Legislation states that employers have a duty to train all those involved in food preparation and service “to a level commensurate with their work activities”. For this reason, it is necessary to train everyone who is involved in the supervision, preparation, cooking and service of food. 

Courses available:

•    REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene. 
•    REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene. 
•    REHIS Advanced Food Hygiene. 
•    HABC Level 2 Award in HACCP for Caterers – Available subject to demand.

Licensing

Whether you serve alcohol or authorise the sale of alcohol to the public, we can help you to improve your skills and knowledge.  

Courses available:

•    BIIAB Scottish Certificate For Personal Licence Holders/BIIAB Scottish Certificate For Personal Licence Holders (Refresher). 
•    Certificate in Licensed Premises Staff Training – Available subject to demand.
 

Health and Safety

The college has been involved in Health and Safety training to a wide variety of industry sectors for over 30 years.  We currently deliver NEBOSH, IOSH and REHIS accredited courses at various levels.  Courses Offered:

•    IOSH Working Safely.
•    IOSH Managing Safely.
•    IOSH Leading Safely.
•    NEBOSH National General Certificate.
•    Emergency First Aid.
•    First Aid at Work.
