Overview

This course will introduce you to the art of pastry and teach you how to produce a wide range of pastry items, including plated desserts for dinner parties.

Suitable for beginners or those with some experience of home baking; you'll learn the basics of bread, pudding, and confectionery.

If you like to start your day with a fresh pastry - this course could be for you!

Teaching

How the course is taught

The first night will be a practical demonstration by the lecturer and recipes will be issued. You'll be required to buy ingredients which you'll bring in with you every week. There will be lecturer led demonstrations every week and also the chance to ask any questions and taste the food.

You'll need containers to take your food home in and you'll be required to buy ingredients which you'll bring in with you every week.

Dress code
