About This Course: 

This intermediate level course is covered by a series of practice exercises and demonstrations. As this is an SQA Unit, assessment exercises will be attempted through the course of the unit.

What You Need: 

You'll need to have completed Introduction to CAD for Construction or CAD:2D 1. Previous construction technology experience is preferred.

What You Study: 

The subjects you'll study include Line diagrams of a multi-level roomed structure, Internal rooms/spaces within the 2D line diagram, 3D conceptual development and representation of the 2D outline design, Exterior and interior walls in 3D, and Doors and windows into 3D walls.

How Long: 

10 Weeks.

Location: 

City Campus North Hanover Street.

Dates: 

10 weeks on a Monday from 6pm-9pm.

This course will run again in September 2012.
