Overview

This creative computing course provides an overview of the key elements of computer modelling and animation (3D and 2D), giving you the practical and theoretical knowledge you need to progress to higher level courses in a range of areas, including 3D Computer Animation and Games Development. 

This course is placed on the Scottish Credit Qualifications Framework at Level 6. 

Entry requirements

Minimum entry requirements

• Three National 5 qualifications at Grade C or above, preferably including English and an arts or STEM based subject; OR
• Other equivalent qualifications or experience.

ESOL entry requirements

Applicants whose first language is not English should have minimum SQA ESOL National 5 or equivalent for NC/NQ courses and ESOL Higher or equivalent for HNC/D courses.
