Ewan MacLennan, HNC Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology

Ewan MacLennan

After starting his journey at City of Glasgow College, Ewan MacLennan is now in his third year studying architecture at the University of Strathclyde, currentlyĀ spending a semester abroad at Bauhaus University in Weimar.

Ewan credits his time on the HNC Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology course as the foundation for his success. It was here he developed a strong understanding of architecture and built the practical skills that continue to support him throughout his degree.

Reflecting on his experience, Ewan highlights both the learning and the opportunities: presenting his work with the New Glasgow Society was a major milestone, and being awarded the prestigious Venice PDP Fellowship - which took him to the Venice Biennale for the first time - is a standout achievement.

For Ewan, the course was more than just a starting point - it was a launchpad into the world of architecture, giving him the confidence, skills and experiences to take the next step.
