NQ Technical Construction Skills SCQF Level 6 1 Year (Full-time) City Campus

HNC Built Environment / Construction Management SCQF Level 7 1 Year (Full-time) City Campus
  • One Higher at Grade C or above in a relevant subject (e.g., English, Mathematics, or Science); OR
  • National Certificate (NC) at SCQF Level 6 in Built Environment; OR

HNC Construction Technician within the Built Environment SCQF Level 7 1 Year (Full-time) City Campus
  • One Higher at Grade C or above in a relevant subject; OR

HND Architectural Technology with Digital Construction SCQF Level 8 2 Years (Full-time) City Campus
  • Year 1 Entry: Two Highers at Grade C or above (including English, Maths, or a Science); OR NC at SCQF Level 6 in Built Environment.
  • Year 2 Entry: HNC Architectural Technology with Digital Construction.
HND Building Surveying SCQF Level 8 2 Years (Full-time) City Campus
  • Year 1 Entry: Two Highers at Grade C or above (including English, Maths, or a Science); OR NC at SCQF Level 6 in Built Environment.
  • Year 2 Entry: HNC Built Environment or HNC Building Surveying (subject to unit review).
HND Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology SCQF Level 8 2 Years (Full-time) City Campus
  • Year 1 Entry: Two Highers at Grade C or above in appropriate subjects (e.g., Art, Graphics, Product Design, English, Maths, or Science); OR National Certificate at SCQF level 6 in a relevant area.
  • Year 2 Entry: HNC Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology.
HND Construction Management SCQF Level 8 2 Years (Full-time) City Campus
  • Year 1 Entry: Two Highers at Grade C or above (including English, Maths, or a Science); OR NC at SCQF Level 6 in Built Environment.
  • Year 2 Entry: HNC Built Environment or HNC Construction Management (subject to unit review).
HND Quantity Surveying SCQF Level 8 2 Years (Full-time) City Campus
  • Year 1 Entry: Two Highers at Grade C or above (including English, Maths, or a Science); OR NC at SCQF Level 6 in Built Environment.

PART TIME

  • No prior Revit experience is required.
  • A basic understanding of architectural design principles or drafting is recommended.
NQ Built Environment (Part-Time / Day Release) SCQF Level 6 Structure varies (Typically 1-2 Years) City Campus
  • Three National 5 qualifications at Grade C or above including English, Mathematics, and a Science subject; OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications or relevant industry experience.
HNC Architectural Technology with Digital Construction (Day Release) SCQF Level 7 2 Years (Part-time) City Campus
  • Two Highers at Grade C or above in appropriate subjects (such as English, Mathematics, or a Science subject); OR
  • National Certificate (NC) at SCQF Level 6 in Built Environment; OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications or relevant industry experience.
HNC Construction Management (Part-Time / Evening) SCQF Level 7 2 Years (Part-time / Day release or 2 evenings per week) City Campus
  • One Higher at Grade C or above including Mathematics or a Science subject; OR
  • National Certificate (NC) at SCQF Level 6 in Built Environment; OR
  • Other equivalent industrial experience.
HNC Quantity Surveying (Day Release) SCQF Level 7 2 Years (Part-time - 1 day per week) City Campus
  • One Higher at Grade C or above including Mathematics or a Science subject; OR
  • National Certificate (NC) in Built Environment at SCQF Level 6; OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications or relevant professional industry experience.
