Overview
This course offers an introduction to the art and technique of craft baking, guiding you through the creation of a range of professional-quality baked goods. Using industry-standard recipes, you will learn how to make bakery items that can be easily recreated.
Classes are conducted in a commercial bakery setting under the guidance of a highly trained baker and confectioner, who will provide expert insights and practical tips to help you refine your skills.
You’ll explore essential baking processes and techniques in a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
You’ll complete nine weeks of demonstration-led cookery lessons, creating items such as choux pastry, empire biscuits and handcrafted breads.
