Overview

Embark on a flavourful journey through the vibrant cuisines of India and Asia in this immersive cookery course. Designed for food enthusiasts of all skill levels, this course will teach you how to prepare authentic, aromatic dishes that celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the region. You will learn how to create various well known Indian dishes each week from Biriyani to Saag.  Discover about different spices and flavours and what to pair them with and dishes covered can be tailored to suit vegetarians and most meats.  

Each week your lecturer will hand out a recipe that will provide your list of ingredients you need to buy for the following week.

Materials

All equipment is provided. You will be required to bring your ingredients with you after week 1. You will need containers to take your products home in. 

Dress code

Wear suitable comfortable clothing and footwear for the kitchen or bakery along with an apron to protect your clothes and bring a tea towel.
