Support the Festival Become a One City Sponsor

One City is a celebration like no other - a campus-wide festival of creativity, connection and curiosity, bringing together staff from every part of the College. It’s a rare opportunity to step away from the everyday and step into something new: workshops, wellbeing escapes, performances and surprise talents from across our vibrant community.

With over 1,000 members of staff expected to participate throughout the day, we are looking for partners who believe in the power of people coming together. By sponsoring One City, you’ll be supporting an event designed to boost morale, foster collaboration and celebrate everything that makes our workplace more than just a job.

As a sponsor, your organisation will be prominently featured in pre-event publicity, including digital and printed communications, and will also benefit from high-visibility branding on the day. Furthermore, your support will be acknowledged in post-event materials, including social media, internal newsletters, and summary reports - maximising your exposure before, during and after the event.

We’re offering three core sponsorship packages, each with exciting opportunities to showcase your support: 

Gold Package: £10,000

Take centre stage with a Spotlight Presentation Slot during the event - an exclusive chance to inspire and engage with our diverse audience, plus high-visibility branding across all promotional materials and event zones.

Silver Package: £5,000

Lead a hands-on workshop in one of our themed zones, giving attendees a direct experience with your team or service, plus promotional recognition across key touchpoints.

Bronze Package: £2,000

Be part of the action with a dedicated table or stand in either the Social Village or Wellbeing Space - ideal for demos, giveaways, or informal chats with attendees.
