Amina empowers and supports Muslim and minority ethnic women in Scotland with support services including a helpline, befriending, social and creative activities, financial advice and employability support. Black Minds Matter UK aims to connect Black individuals and families with free professional mental health services across the UK. Health in Mind services are open to all adults experiencing problems with their mental health, and also provide support specifically for women, men, people from Black and minority communities, survivors of trauma and childhood sexual abuse, people with substance use problems, carers and young adults. Intercultural Youth Scotland provides specialised mental health support for Black and people of colour aged 12–25, alongside a range of wellbeing, advocacy and community support services.
