- Living Life is a free telephone-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) service for people aged 16 and over in Scotland experiencing anxiety, low mood or mild-to-moderate depression.
- British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) is a UK professional body for counsellors and psychotherapists. You can find local private therapists through their directory.
- BSL Counselling is offered across Glasgow and the surrounding areas to the deaf community.
- Counselling Directory is a search engine for private therapists in your area.
- Healing for the Heart provides counselling, training and community-based support services aimed at improving emotional wellbeing and resilience.
- Hub of Hope locates mental health services/ supports around you. All you need to do is type in your postcode for a list of organisations around you.
- Lifelink provides short-term counselling in and around Glasgow.
- Tom Allan Service offers donation-based counselling for mental wellbeing across a range of services, including perinatal counselling for parents and families. You can make a self-referral.
