Overview
The CMI Level 3 Qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are ideal for supervisors and first-line managers who want to strengthen their ability to support individuals and teams, develop coaching and mentoring skills, and achieve organisational objectives.
With City of Glasgow College’s self-directed study option, you’ll have the flexibility to work through the course materials at your own pace, fitting your learning around your professional and personal commitments, while still receiving guidance and support from our expert CMI course team.
Units include:
- Coaching and mentoring for individual and team needs.
- Principles, skills and impact of coaching and mentoring.
- Understanding organisational culture, values and behaviour.
- Understanding team dynamics.
- Completing the coaching and mentoring process.
You will have the opportunity to explore the subject through a mix of training materials and guided discussions/class exercises.
This self-directed pathway is designed to give you the freedom to learn when it suits you, while still ensuring you gain a recognised Chartered Management Institute qualification to support your career progression.
