Overview
The CMI Level 3 Qualifications in Principles of Management and Leadership are designed for practising or aspiring managers who are responsible for supervising or leading a team to achieve clear and measurable outcomes. In this role, you will be setting and monitoring goals, providing instruction, direction and guidance, and managing day-to-day operational and project activities.
Through City of Glasgow College’s self-directed learning approach, you’ll have the flexibility to complete your studies at a pace that suits you, fitting learning around your work and personal commitments. While the course is self-paced, you’ll still have access to support and guidance from our experienced CMI tutors to keep you on track.
You can choose to study either:
- Award – 1 unit.
- Certificate – 3 units.

- Supporting Teams and Individuals Through Change.
- Managing Daily Activities to Achieve Results.
