Overview

The NEBOSH Health and Safety at Work Award provides a practical introduction to workplace health and safety. It equips learners with the knowledge to identify hazards, assess risks, and contribute to a safer working environment, making it an excellent foundation for anyone beginning their health and safety journey.
 
The qualification is suitable for: 

• Employees at all levels.
• Team leaders, supervisors and managers.
• Anyone wanting a basic understanding of workplace health and safety.

Delivered over 3 days (1 day a week for 3 weeks), learners will gain knowledge of

• The importance of health and safety in the workplace.
• Common workplace hazards and risks.
• Risk assessment and risk control measures.
• Accident prevention and incident reporting.
• Roles and responsibilities for health and safety.
• Developing a positive health and safety culture.

 This course will be delivered at our Riverside Campus.
