Overview

This course is for you if you're just starting out, or want to develop your upholstery skills. During the course you will supply an upholstery project, maybe a chair or stool, and restore it using modern or traditional techniques. You'll also learn or develop hand and machine sewing skills along with the measuring, cutting and fixing of upholstery covers.

You’ll need to provide a suitable piece of furniture and some additional materials, which your tutor will advise on.
