Maya Grace Walton
I have always absorbed music physically and found beauty in the unspoken language of bodies moving together in the dark. Expressing this devotion through my artistic practice has been a natural process.
My painting, printmaking, and sculptural works seek to capture and honour the euphoric feeling of the dance floor. Drawing from creative roots in photography, where I document the electric atmosphere of club nights and festivals, I translate those charged moments into large-scale works using acrylic paint and acetate objects. Creating immersive environments pulsing with colour, energy, and memory.

This work is a love letter to club culture, collective dance and the profound power of music and movement.
