Are you interested in a career in the culinary arts, working for recognised industry organisations or opening your own restaurant? Our courses will prepare you for an exciting career, as you explore a range of techniques and discover your own signature style. You’ll gain experience in our industry standard kitchens and learn to prepare, produce and finish dishes for the general public in our licensed fine dining restaurant, Scholars’.



Our bakery and patisserie courses will provide you with the practical experience, knowledge and qualifications needed for a job in the bakery industry. You’ll learn specialist techniques in pastry, bread making, craft baking and cake decoration as you practice your craft in our state-of-the-art kitchens. As part of your course, you’ll create and bake goods for the real world, sold in our commercial City Market Bakery. Our students have gained roles in commercial and artisan bakeries and patisseries across the UK.
