Campus Facilities

Fancy cycling to the college? The College has a range of cycling facilities at both campuses including e-bikes, push bikes, helmets, lights, lockers, drying cabinets, bike tools, pumps and puncture repair kits. Dr Bike sessions are held throughout the year at both Campuses where professional bike mechanics visit and carry out maintenance on staff/students’ bikes.

At City Campus

Secure Cycle Store:

There’s a CCTV monitored secure cycle store at level 0 at City campus to keep your belongings safe. The College’s cycle store at City campus has capacity for 268 bikes. As a student or member of staff you can open the locked door with your ID card. Lockers for cycle equipment are available for use at City Campus in the Cycle Store on Level 0. If you would like a locker please pay a £10 returnable deposit to Finance on Level 5 at City Campus.

At Riverside Campus

Secure Cycle Shelter:

There's a safe bike store located in the service yard at the car park that has space for 20 bikes. To protect your bike from bad weather and theft, store them here.

Drying Cabinets:

These can be found on both campuses. These are handy on rainy days and are located in the safe cycle store at City Campus and located in the male and female changing rooms on Level 1, room numbers R.01.034 & R.01.038 at Riverside Campus. Instructions can be found on the drying cabinets.

Bike Maintenance Stand:

These can be found in both cycle stores. The bike simply hangs by resting the seat post in between the station support arms, allowing full motion of the wheels and the pedals. From gear and brake adjustment to tyre inflation, the stand features a number of useful tools to carry out basic cycle maintenance.
