Summer Graduation

Summer graduation for our nautical students was held on Thursday 18 June, at 6.15pm at Glasgow Cathedral, Castle St, Glasgow G4 0QZ. 

Although the weather wasn’t ideal, it was a wonderful day celebrating our students' achievements alongside their family and friends.

We were delighted to welcome Rear Admiral Steven McCarthy CB, Chief Naval Engineer Officer and Director of the Maritime Partnerships Office, as our Guest of Honour. His inspiring address highlighted the importance of leadership, service and lifelong learning, while also reinforcing the strength of the enduring relationship between City of Glasgow College and the global maritime sector.

Congratulations to the Nautical Class of 2026, and we wish you every success in your future careers.
