Our Culinary Arts (Baking and Cooking) courses offer a significant practical hands-on element as well as associated theory units. You'll work in our fully equipped training kitchens and bakeries to practice and improve your culinary skills. You'll also have the opportunity to work in The Bistro and Scholars fine dining restaurant based at our city campus giving you invaluable experience of working in busy kitchens making food for the public.
