- Calm Harm is an app that provides tasks to help manage the urge to self-harm.
- Harmless is an organisation that provides a range of services about self-harm including support, information, training and consultancy to people who self-harm, their friends and families and professionals.
- LifeSIGNS (Self-Injury Guidance & Network Support) is an online, voluntary organisation providing information and support to people of all ages affected by self-injury.
- Self Harm Network Scotland provides free compassionate support, resources, and information about self-harm. Their live chat is open from 6-10pm each day and they can also offer 1-1 ongoing support.
